Creating a structure for contemporary art in a rural context, in a village in Nord-Pas de Calais, in a former brewery.
Through a combination of past and present, this area saw with the visual arts. The nature of the building encourages the public to engage with the exhibits in situ, and raise exploration and interaction between art and territory.
Supported by the commune Fonquevillers, this action encourages exchanges on an extended scale and leads to cultural attractiveness as well as tourism. This offer is proposed by artistic expertise and experience confirmed in the field of art.
Rural heritage fits here in this, in connection with contemporary creation. With artists, it contributes to an awareness approach to a wide audience. An opportunity for everyone to familiarize themselves with the world of art beyond its traditional urban environment.
